Pool Rules
- All cancellations and schedule changes must be made through the KidSwim office 24 hours prior to the lesson. You will be charged for any same day cancellations.
- Please have your child ready to go when the instructor arrives.
- The pool must be a comfortable teaching temperature. We recommend 86-90 degrees, depending on time of day, location and age of child.
- Only one child and one instructor in the pool during lesson times. The instructor is not responsible for children who are not being given a lesson.
- We recommend as few distractions as possible in order to achieve the best possible lesson for your child. If the instructor feels that the parent’s presence is taking the focus away from the lesson, the instructor will recommend that the parent view only the first five minutes or the last five minutes of the lesson.
- Parents please do not talk to your children during the lesson.
- The instructor’s primary concern is for the safety of your child. If at any time during a lesson the instructor feels that the environment is potentially unsafe, they will stop the lesson.
